Romario: CBF have failed Neymar and Brazil

The iconic striker says the organisation is only interested in making money and is thus responsible for the "disintegration" of the Brazilian game

Romario has accused the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) of ruining the country's proud footballing heritage and claimed that the governing body have not only failed Selecao captain Neymar but the national team as a whole.
Brazil were humiliated as hosts of last year's World Cup by being routed 7-1 in the semi-finals by eventual champions Germany and are now desperately looking for answers again after losing on penalties to Paraguay in the last eight of the Copa America.
However, former Selecao striker Romario says he knows exactly who is to blame, arguing that the national team is paying the price for the CBF's alleged greed.
"I do not need to talk much about the shame that we have suffered in seeing our Selecao struggle on the field," he is quoted as saying by SPORT. "But the problem goes far beyond the pitch.
"The disintegration of our football is happening at all levels and stems from the CBF.
"In recent years, they have only thought of [lining] their own pockets and continue sucking everything they can [out of the game].
"Football has survived until now because of the talent on the field. Brazil had enough players to build two great teams, but today they cannot even make one. This is a reflection of the lack of investment and management [by the CBF]."
Romario then singled out CBF president Marco Polo Del Nero for special criticism, claiming that his decision not to travel to Chile for the Copa America symbolised the lack of support for Neymar, whose tournament was ended by a four-match ban incurred for his dismissal after the full-time whistle in Brazil's group-stage loss to Colombia.
"If there had been leaders in Chile, Neymar most likely would not have had such a hard punishment," the former Barcelona forward added. "He had to have a strong legal support to ensure that the punishment was milder.
"Neymar is the star of Brazil and will now miss the first two games of the qualifying for World Cup 2018."

Back Workout

Our back is the biggest muscle group after legs. Huge lats is the locomotive that drives all other muscles to new developments.
Back is the big and power muscle group and that is why your back workout needs compound power exercises. I speak about rows first of all.  Everybody who want perform good back workout have to include in training session such row exercises as:
Best back exercises
Barbell Rows (main back exercise)
Pull Ups (Pull Downs) (for lats width)
Cable Rows (for lats thickness)
One Dumbbell Row (left and right emphasize)
Deadlifts (huge total compound exercise)
For good back workout is very important correct performance technique.  All rows are compound exercises and isolate back is not easy, that is why remember: Do not work with heavy weights until your technique became excellent.
How make excellent rows technique?
Quite easy. You have to remember about only two rules during back workout:
  1. Use only back when perform rows. (Forget about arms. Working muscle is back)
  2. Your back should be straight in all rows. It will help you to follow the first rule.
It is very important to involve only back in workout. Your biceps should not work. For this reason you can  imagine that your have  arm – cables ended with hooks. Another idea is to imagine that your arms ended with elbows (it will help you switch off your biceps).

Back Workout Routine

Back workout routine is good to begin with  Barbell Rows or Pull Ups.  This power exercises are good ones for beginners and advanced bodybuilders.  There is only one more compound exercise for back. It is barbell deadlifts but I recommend finish your back workout by this back exercise because of its hardness. It exhaust energy and you would not be able to perform rows if do deadlifts first.
First time, when you just begin muscle building,  your have to perform only one or two exercises for back workout. Barbell Rows or Pull Ups if you have not barbell (e.g. workout at home)
Back workut routine for beginners
Barbell Rows 2 warm ups (10 – 15 reps with light weights) + 3 working sets (6 – 10 reps)
Pull Ups 4 working sets for maximum reps.
After two –three months you can add second exercise and Deadlifts your back workout routine would be look like this:
Back workut routine (pre – intermediata level)
Routine # 1
Barbell Rows Pull UpsDeadlifts2 warm ups + 4 X (6-10) 4 X (6-10) 2 warm ups + 2 X (6-10)
Routine # 2
Barbell RowsPull DownsDeadlifts2 warm ups + 4 X (6-10) 4 X (6-10) 2 warm ups + 2 X (6-10)
Next level is for intermediate bodybuilders. You use 4-5 exercises for back workout and must have mach more rest for recuperation.
Your back workout routine can look like this:

WHAT CAN PREVENT BACK WORKOUT

Here come some concrete ideas about the factors hindering back workout:
‘Short amplitude’: one and all exercises require maximum amplitude! Scanty shorted movements are not fit for such noble task as back training; it requires only complete extension and maximum contraction of working muscles! Generally speaking, exercises for back are to be performed smoothly, without jerks and shoves.
‘Biceps row’: try to lift weights with your back but not with your arms. Possibly you could read about necessity to imagine your arms to be just cables with hooks that you use to pull trainings weights when performing such exercises. The main secret of success here is to provide maximum mobility of shoulder joint: when you lower a weight you need to move your shoulders forward and arch your back just a bit; and when you lift a weight you need to move them backward as far as possible and move your chest forward. Such technique is used for both horizontal and vertical rows.
‘Deadlifts in the beginning of back training’: don’t’ perform Barbell Deadlifts before Bent over Barbell Rows because it’s a rather power-intensive exercise that loads the lower back too heavily. After such intensive loads it will be very problematic to perform a bent over row exercise with substantial weights and correct performance technique.
‘Back is parallel to the floor’ when performing Bent Over Barbell Rows: I believe that such technique makes this exercise performance unreasonably difficult because it overloads your lower back. It’s much better to follow the example of professionals and hold your back at the angle of 70° against the floor.
‘Incorrect emphases on certain areas’: if you want to train sufficiently the area of back situated between shoulder blades you need to lift the barbell to your chest; and you need to use a wide type of grip, by the way. And on the contrary, if your aim is the lower part of the broadest muscles of back – you need to use a middle grip and lift the barbell to your belly. It’s advisable to contract the broadest muscles of back by means of an additional effort in the upper movement point. The same can be done with Bent Over Dumbbell Rows: in this case the emphasized load on the lower part of broadest muscles of back is achieved by lifting a dumbbell to the hip joint.
‘Incorrect cable rows’: when performing Pulldowns with both close and wide grips try to pull the bar of an exercise machine not to your neck but to the lower part of your chest: in this case the effect will be much better.
Pulldowns behind the head develop mostly not the width of your back but definition of its middle part (the lower part of the broadest muscles of back). Pulldowns to the chest with the help of a close (parallel or reverse) grip develop width and thickness of the upper part of broadest muscles of back.
‘Neglect of Pull-Ups’: Pull-Ups to the front and to the back are important because they are able to move your shoulder blades sideways and increase the torso width due to this. Pull-Ups render heavier loads than pulldowns but it’s easier to assure correctness of an exercise performance when working with a pulldown machine.
‘Pullovers don’t develop our back’: dumbbell and cable pullovers don’t build our back but they put an emphasis on toothed muscles that, being a kind of ligament between muscles of chest and back, visually increase the width of your torso (especially when obtaining the ‘front double biceps’ pose).
‘Importance of grip’: working loads concentrate in certain areas of your back depending on the way you grip the bar when working with a pulldown machine. If you use a wide grip the load will fall on inner areas of your back; if you use a close grip – on outer ones. The best variant for training the lower part of the broadest muscles of back is quite a close grip (reverse) of a horizontal bar.
If the strength of your grip is not enough to perform exercises correctly you can use special straps. By the way, if you hold the bar with the help of straps it’s much simpler, as I see it, to exclude your arms from the work that’s being performed.
‘Shoulder rotation when performing shrugs leads to injuries’: when performing such dangerous exercises as shrugs with a barbell or dumbbells you need to move your shoulders only up and down. No amateurish performance (like shoulder rotation) is allowed! Try to perform shrugs in the most correct way, without jerks; otherwise you’ll train not trapezius muscles but only calves for quite a long time.
‘ belt for rows’: it’s obligatory to use a security belt for such difficult exercises as Deadlifts and Bent Over Barbell Rows; otherwise you risk getting your back injured. Don’t forget to loose the belt during rest intervals.
‘Crooked back’: it’s extremely important to keep your back straight for all types of rows; otherwise your muscles will work in a weaker, unnatural regime. In addition, a curved back can become the reason of a serious injury.
Back is very big muscle group and that is why it is power one and easy to develop. For great back workout you have to follow only a few rules I wrote above.

Arnold Schwarzenegger biography

Arnold Schwarzenegger was born on July 30, 1947, near Graz, Austria. He rose to fame as the world's top bodybuilder, launching a career that would make him a giant Hollywood star. After years of blockbuster movie roles, Schwarzenegger went into politics, becoming governor of California in 2003. In 2012, he returned to his acting career, starring with Jean-Claude Van Damme,

Bruce Willis and Sylvester Stallone in the film The Expendables 2. Within just one week, the movie had climbed to the No. 1 spot at the box office, bringing in nearly $28.6 million
.

Early Years

Arnold Schwarzenegger was born on July 30, 1947, near Graz, Austria. Schwarzenegger's childhood was far from ideal. His father, Gustav, was an alcoholic police chief and one-time member of the Nazi Party, who clearly favored Arnold's brother over his gangly, seemingly less athletic younger son.
Gustav is reported to have beaten and intimidated Arnold and, when he could, pitted his two boys against one another. He also ridiculed Schwarzenegger's early dreams of becoming a body builder. "It was a very uptight feeling at home," Schwarzenegger later recalled. So uptight and uncomfortable, in fact, that Schwarzenegger would later refuse to attend the funeral of his father, who died in 1972, or his brother, who was killed in a car crash in 1971.
As an escape, Arnold turned to the movies, in particular Reg Parker, a body builder and star in B-level Hercules movies. The films also helped propel Schwarzenegger's own obsession with America, and the future he felt awaited him there. Getting to his new country was the issue. Schwarzenegger found his answer in Joe Weider, the man behind the International Federation of Body Building, an organization that sponsored contests such Mr. Universe and Mr. Olympia.
Weider loved Schwarzenegger's bravado, sense of humor, and the potential he saw in the young body builder. Weider's instincts couldn't have been more dead-on. In all, Schwarzenegger would win an unprecedented five Mr. Universe titles and six Mr. Olympia crowns during his bodybuilding career.
Equally significant, Schwarzenegger, who had immigrated to the United States in 1968, helped propel the sport into the mainstream, culminating in the 1977 documentary, Pumping Iron, which tells the tale of Schwarzenegger's defense of his Mr. Olympia crown.

Making it in Hollywood

Since his first foray to the local movie house in his hometown of Graz, Arnold had dreamed of making it big in Hollywood. With his ascension to the top of the bodybuilding world, it was only a matter of time before he'd move over to the big screen.
After acting in a few small parts, Schwarzenegger received a Golden Globe Award for Best Newcomer for his performance in Stay Hungry (1976). With his intense physical strength and size, Schwarzenegger was a natural for action films. He became a leading figure in several popular 1980s action movies, including Conan the Barbarian (1982). Schwarzenegger also starred as a deadly machine from the future in The Terminator (1984). The science-fiction drama spawned two sequels—Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991) and Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (2003).Off-screen he continued his remarkable story, marrying into the Kennedy family by tying the knot with Maria Owings Shriver, daughter of Eunice Kennedy Shriver and her husband R. Sargent Shriver.
Schwarzenegger's American story sounded improbable, except to those who knew him. "This is a man of bottomless ambition," said George Butler, producer and director of Pumping Iron,

The 'Governator'
in a 2003 interview. "It's always been there ... He sees himself as mystically sent to America."
In 2003, Schwarzenegger again showed his resolve to succeed when he threw his hat into the ring for the California governor's race and won a seat in a special election. In a state that was mired in severe budget woes, the newly elected Republican governor promised to bring economic stability to his adopted state.
As expected, Schwarzenegger brought his own unique brand of confidence to his new job. "If they don't have the guts, I call them 'girlie-men,'" he said of Democrats, early in his first term. "They should go back to the table and fix the budget."
Still, as governor, Schwarzenegger worked to improve the state's financial situation, promote new businesses, and protect the environment. In 2006, he easily won his bid for re-election. Throughout his career, Schwarzenegger has credited former U.S. President Ronald Reagan as a personal inspiration. Remembering his early years in the United States, Schwarzenegger once said, "I became a citizen of the United States when [Reagan] was president, and he is the first president I voted for as an American citizen. He inspired me and made me even prouder to be a new American."
His second term in office did not run as smoothly, however. Schwarzenegger struggled to help the state through difficult financial times. After leaving office in January 2011, he sought to revive his career in the entertainment industry. In March of that year, Schwarzenegger announced plans to work with famed comic book creator Stan Lee on a new animated series inspired by his time in office.
Only a few months after leaving office, Schwarzenegger made another announcement. He and Maria Shriver made their decision to separate public in May. The news followed Schwarzenegger's acknowledgement that he'd fathered a baby with a member of the family's household staff. Schwarzenegger and Shriver have four children: Katherine, Christina, Patrick, and Christopher.

In 2010, Schwarzenegger starred alongside Jean-Claude Van DammeBruce Willis and Sylvester Stallone in the film The Expendables. In August 2012, he reunited with the film's cast for a follow-up film, The Expendables 2. Just one week after the film's premiere, it had climbed to the No. 1 spot at the box office, bringing in nearly $28.6 million.
Schwarzenegger made headlines again later in 2012, when he admitted for the first time to having an affair with his Red Sonja co-star, actress Brigitte Nielsen, in the mid-1980s—while he was dating and living with Maria Shriver, whom he later married. Nielsen had written about the adulterous relationship in her 2011 memoir, You Only Get One Life, but Schwarzenegger didn't publicly confirm Nielsen's account until the fall of 2012, when his memoir, Total Recall, was published.
