Breakfast: To Eat or Not to Eat?

We’ve been taught for years that breakfast is so important in our daily lives. It’s supposed to be the only way to start the day if you want to live a healthy and productive life. Everything from fatigue to illness has been blamed on skipping breakfast over the years. But how much of this can we really buy into? The United States surgeon general even says that “eating a healthy breakfast is a good way to start the day, and may be important in achieving and maintaining a healthy weight.”
